Rabbit Cage Flooring I was with my lil bro at the toystore, looking for a birthday gift, and i saw those rubbery textured floormats for little kids that look like this: http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2313587 and i wondered, could i use these for rabbit flooring, or would the rabbit chew trough it? in that case, could i put peices of untreated wood under it? Is it safe to feed a mouse gerbil/hamster food? I read that it’s ok to do it. My gerbil is 2 years old and when he passes I plan on replacing him with 10 female mice (yes, the cage is big enough) But, when he dies I KNOW I will end up with left over gerbil/hamster food, so I dont want to waste it since i wont be getting another gerbil for a while. They eat the same food, right? Mice are very different than Hamsters and Gerbils, they have different nutritional needs and should not eat the same food mix. Ferret Sugar Glider Right now I have 2 sugar gliders and I want a ferret BUT I need to get rid of my sugar gliders to do it. I love my sugar gliders but I want an animal like a dog or a cat like a FERRET. they are playful u can take them for a walk take them baths I wanted a pet like that and I got my sugar gliders but they r not like I wanted u now what I’m saying and now I want a ferret but my parents told me what I want ferret or sugar gliders. I need help what can I do. When you obtain a pet, you obtain a responsibility. It is your responsibility to care for those animals to the best of your ability until their natural death. Getting rid of a pet in order to get another one is a pretty immoral thing to do. Would you trade in your kid for a new one if they didn’t turn out to be exactly how you wanted them? I think not. Those animals are completely, 100% dependant on you. You are their GOD. You have the power to destroy them or give them a happy, comfortable life. I hope you think about that deeply before you choose another pet. Cage Pouch all night she has been real reclusive and has been hiding under her cage bottom pappers, i dont know why. is something wrong. i have only had her for 2 weeks, HI there… it’s possible she is still adjusting to her new home environment. What is the best size furminator deshedding tool I should buy for my German shepherd? I am looking to buy a Furminator but I am not sure exactly which size is good for my german shepherd. What is the name of the rotating pet nail thing? I saw a commercial on television for a pet nail trimmer. Its not the PediPaws or the Peticure, but it is something similar. It has a special protective covers for both small and large dog nails. Unlike the Peticure, you put the nail straight down into the filer, instead of through the side.
