How can you remove pet urine stains from clothes?
Just my luck… my cat peed all over the white skirt of the black and white dress that I was planning to wear to a dance in May… I’ve washed it a few times with a color safe bleach detergent combo, but it really hasn’t helped at all. What can I do to get this out?

Rat Zipper
What should I name my small rat?
I have an adorable, small, white rat with a black head and a black stripe down his back. I just got him, and he’s really sweet. I love him. He just sits on my lap when I watch movies. 
I’ve narrowed the names down to:
- Skunky
- Fuzz
- Felix
- Jinxo
- Zipper
Well so far, I’m thinking between Zipper and Jinxo.

What are some of the best brands of hamster/gerbil food out there ?
For starters i currently feed both my hamster and my gerbil Nutriphase Gold because it came with my starter kit. But it has alot of sunflower seeds in it and i read they are really fattening and one website said that it is not a very good food in general and i want what’s best for my animals. Can anyone else recommend any other good brands please?Thanks!
Harry Hamster is great, especially because it has also got a low millet content. Millet is like filler in small animal food and really doesn’t have that much nutritional value for them.

What does it mean when a guinea pig has a small red bald patch on his back?
My guinea pig has a random but small bald patch on his back. He’s had one before and it never causes and problems so we’re not taking him to the vet. His behavior is normal so it’s not a big deal so far (or that’s what i think.) Please help!
It’s probably mites. They can be dormant for long periods of time and pop up for no reason. Your vet can treat her with ivermectin or you can do it yourself. After a two week break for the last two weeks of December , I finally returned to work, although much reluctantly. Faced with the prospect of having to face this same morning routine 5 days a week as an employee, I asked myself this question: “What is the end result if people continue to going down this path in life?” Here are my thoughts:
So can we win the rat race?
People spend their whole life trying to climb up the corporate ladder, hoping for the next big pay rise or promotion. But what happens when this wish is unfulfilled even if effort is put in? Correct me if I’m wrong but my understanding is that for most companies, that much anticipated promotion, bonus or increment only comes all but once a year. This basically means that if you miss the boat, the best you can do is to try harder for one more year. Hopefully by then, the boss will notice your increased efforts and will reward you handsomely the next year! Yes, that is one more year of hard work that might possibly end up down the drain too due to external factors beyond your control(especially if you are under the wrong boss). In fact, taking a good look at the traditional corporate structure(mostly pyramid-shaped), the chances of you even making your way up is low as there’s only so little room for you to maneuver to the top! Unless you have both extraordinary talent and lady luck shining on you all the time, the odds are pretty slim. So why bet on succeeding as an employee if the chances are slim?

I’ve had hamsters, gerbils, and Guinea Pigs all my life, but never a mouse. I’d be very grateful for some feedback on mouse-keeping.
I had been considering a rat, but I found out they are actually illegal where I live – (Alberta, Canada). I think it would be great to have a little mouse as my new friend, but I know virtually nothing about them.
Even under the best of conditions, mice have a relatively short lifespan. But while you have them, they are wonderful little pets and very entertaining. They are very tolerant of their owners and rarely bite.

Why would four year old parakeets just began mating?

Marshalls ferret food?
I don’t know why every one thinks that it is impossible to switch marshalls ferrets to another food.It isn’t hard to change them at all.They seem to eat anything you give them.Perhapes people who think theirs are marshalls really aren’t because we have marshalls at m work and they will eaty other foods if you feed it too them……and I think shepherd and greene is a good food because it has no by products.I don’t know why some people think it’s so bad.marshalls food is gross and makes your ferret smell bad plus it has by products in it.
Who said you cannot switch Marshall ferrets? Most ferrets can be switched over time, the younger the better. I never heard anyone claim that it’s impossible.
It’s really not the by-products like chicken meal or fish by-products I’d be concerned about, it’s the fillers that bother me.
Corn is a definate no-no, rice is better, even better brown rice, best would be none.
Any ferret food that has fish or fish by-products in it will make your ferret smell bad. Foods that derive the majority of protein from lamb or chicken are better. However, Totally Ferret still makes your ferret stink to high heaven and it has no fish in it. Never understood that one.
To sum it up, nobody thinks that Marshall ferrets cannot eat anything but Marshall food. Matter of fact, Marshall ferret food is of poor quality, even Maximum Kitten food from Walmart is ranked higher than Marshall’s.
